Today marks a day aimed at helping people 'EAT REAL'...it's National Food Day...observed every year on October 24. According to NationalDayCalendar.com, National Food Day encourages cutting back on sugar, food with too much salt, fatty foods, and encourages choosing veggies, fruits and whole grain food in favor of meats for protein.
