Fitness Gyms across the country are gearing up for their biggest season of the year! New Year's is the time when everyone AND their mom promises to go to the gym three times a week and get back into those skinny jeans. But come Feb. 50 % of those memberships go to waste, as the journey to the gym is filled with excuse after excuse. But I have a solution to this NYE resolution dilemma. Details inside.

Personally, I can count the number of times I've been to the gym on my hands. But I have spent several hundreds of hours on the dance floor!!! DJ Maestro created the "Turbo Hustle" song and dance that is a FUN and easy way to sweat!

This is something that you can get together with friends and family, throw on the record and dance the pounds away! Check out the video below where "The Hustle Man" who lost 50 lbs doing it himself!

Line Dancing aka Hustlin is something I have been involved in for the last 10 years, and thanks to "The Wobble" and "The Cupid Shuffle" it has become more mainstream. Still there are hundreds more routines out there! If you took the time to learn just one new routine a week, you would be dancing till 2014!
