NY Identifies What Types of Businesses Can Open

Although all of New York State is not ready to re-open, there are several businesses that have been approved to re-open, based on having a satisfactory re-opening plan.  The locations of the businesses focused on in this article are in the Southern Tier, Finger Lakes, and Mohawk Valley, and have been open since May 15, according to a WIVB News story.
