Niagara Falls Police Looking for Man Named in The "Billy Case"

The small video clip in the WGRZ New Report is not only disturbing to me ... it really got my Blood Boiling! What is wrong with some people? This is completely unacceptable, unbelievable and grossly unfortunate.

A perpetrator has been named in the "Billy Case".

"Billy" is a well known resident in Niagara Falls and is developmentally disabled. The following video shows a man, now identified as Myquan Pringle, verbally abusing and slapping "Billy"!

There are two other suspects who Police say assisted in the attack. Police are looking for all three.
