40 Niagara County Animal Abusers Banned From Owning Pets

In my opinion, people who abuse animals are among the lowest of the low. How could you abuse a living being that really can't do anything about it (not that any type of abuse is ok)? These people in Niagara County are listed on animal abuse registries. Not every county in WNY has a registry, unfortunately. Only Niagara, Cattaraugus, and Chautauqua Counties have one. I believe that every county in New York State should have a place where animal abusers are listed. The registries have people listed who were convicted of animal cruelty after the registries were created. If you plan on providing an animal to another person in New York, where there is a registry, you must check it first.
