Tea Sold In New York Recalled Due To Pesticide

East West Tea Company, LLC has issued a voluntary recall for more than 877,000 bags of immune support tea. Organic Yogi Echinacea Immune Support, Caffeine Herbal Supplement, and Yogi Echinacea Immune Support, Caffeine Herbal Supplement, are contaminated with pesticides and should not be consumed, according to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. Residues from pesticides were detected above action levels. The products at the center of the recall are sold in packages containing 16 tea bags per pack, 4 packs per box. The Yogi teas were sold in New York and nationwide.
The following UPC is being recalled: 0 76950 45010 3. The CASE GTIN on the recalled products are 60076950450105 and 20076950450107.
