New York Authorities Warn About Dangerous Fugitives On The Loose

Have you seen any of New York State's 'Most Wanted Fugitives?' They are considered armed and dangerous by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision's Office of Special Investigations.  Under no circumstances should you try to apprehend any of these fugitives.  The investigator's contact info in each case is below each photo. Some of these fugitives have been on the run for years. Each is presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.

1. Hernandez, Peter

Peter Hernandez was born on October 23, 1974. He is a Hispanic male who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has a tattoo of a Jesus head on his right arm and prayer hands on his chest. Hernandez is a violent registered sex offender who is wanted in Westchester County. He has a history of convictions, including Criminal Possession of Weapon. He has historically been homeless and has ties to Yonkers.

2. Siler, Donald

Donald Siler is a black male born on February 9, 1987. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He was convicted on kidnapping and robbery in Rampo, New York, in Rockland County. Siler is a level 3 violent registered sex offender who has historically been homeless.

3. JESSIAH RODRIGUEZ

Jessie Rodriguez was born on January 23, 1998. He is a Hispanic male who weighs 195 pounds and is 5 feet, 7 inches tall. He was convicted of attempted strangulation in Richmond County, New York.

4. Taquan Jones

Taquan Jones was born on July 10, 1995. He is a black male who is 5 feet, one inch tall and weighs 133 pounds. He was convicted of attempted criminal possession weapon in Brooklyn, NY.

5. Victor Bryant

Victor Bryant was born on June 18, 1995. He is a white male who weighs 224 pounds and is 5 feet, 9 inches tall. He was convicted in Queens, NY of Att. CPW 2nd, Att. CPW 2nd. Bryant is affiliated with the Bloods gang and has a history of weapons possession.

6. Davon COTTOM

Born on January 9, 1993, David Cottom is a black male. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He was convicted of Att CPW 2nd in Buffalo, NY.

7. Stephen NICOSIA

Stephen Nicosia was born on August 26, 1957. He is a white male who is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 163 pounds. He failed to register as a sex offender in Canandaigua, NY.

8. Wyliek Reel

Wyliek Reel, who was born on December 23, 1994, is a black male. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. He was convicted of Robbery 2nd Degree and has a history of drug sales and absconding. He has a tattoo on his right arm that says "Delissa Reel."

9. Angel Hernandez

Angel Hernandez was born on November 9, 1962. He is 5 feet, 6 inches and weighs 149 pounds. Hernandez was convicted of Murder 2nd, Robbery 1st, Robbery 2nd, Reckless Endangerment, and Att. Promoting Prison Contraband 1st in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He has a tattoo of a naked lady, skull, and flames on his right arm and Jesus, the grim reaper, and a lady on his left arm.

10. Charles Dreenon

Charles Dreenon, a black male, was born on December 18, 1984. He is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 197 pounds. Dreenon was convicted in Brooklyn of Criminal Sale Contr. Substance 5th, Criminal Sale Contr. Substance 5th, Criminal Sale Contr. Substance 5th, and Attempted Robbery 3rd. He has a history of menacing with a weapon. Dreenon has a tattoo of a star on his right wrist, a tombstone on his left forearm, "mob" on his left wrist and a scar on his stomach.

11. Louis M. Landri

Louis M. Landri is a white male who was born on November 29, 1985. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has a hornet tattoo on his neck, the word gutter on his stomach, the word Casanova on his right forearm, and a bullseye on his left hand. He was convicted of Assault 1st /Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd. in Amenia (Dutchess County). He has prior arrests in Orange and Ulster Counties, mainly in Kingston.

Subject is a violent offender with history of multiple convictions including Assault, Grand Larceny, Forgery, and Criminal Possession of Narcotics.

12. Brian J. Lapointe

Brian J. Lapointe was born on December 4, 1985. He is a white male who weighs 140 pounds and stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall. He has the initial "E" tattooed on his left hand. Lapointe is wanted for Criminal Sexual Act 2nd/ Burglary 3rd in Fishkill (Dutchess County). He has also committed crimes in Orange County.

Subject is registered as a Level 2 Sex Offender. History of multiple convictions including of Grand Larceny, Sodomy, Forgery, Escape and Burglary. Subject is considered a violent offender. Subject is historically homeless and frequent the areas of Newburgh, NY and Poughkeepsie, NY.

13. Robert Herman

Robert Herman was born on March 27, 1956. He is a white male who has been convicted of Failure to Register Sex Offenders and Burglary. His crimes were committed in the Rochester area. Herman is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.

14. Luis Lugo

Luis Lugo, born March 24, 1989, is wanted in New York State in Newburgh. He was convicted of Criminal Possession Weapon in the second degree. Lugo is a Hispanic male who is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds.

Subject is a Level 2 Sex Offender. History of Rape 2nd. Multiple tattoos along right arm including “SURENO”, DEMON with WINGS and “Newburgh on right hand. On left hand: Rosary Beads, “LUGO”, and 2 PELTRATS.

15. Armendo Moreno

Armendo Moreno, was born on 6/1/1961. He is Hispanic, weighs 165 pounds, and stands 5 feet 6 inches tall. He is wanted on charges of murder, sodomy, aggravated sexual assault, and criminal possession of a weapon in Westchester. He is a level 3 sex offender.

16. Dandre Toole

Dandre Toole is wanted in New York City for aggravated criminal contempt, conspiracy, criminal weapon possession, and attempted assault. He was born on April 27, 1993, weighs 170 pounds, and is 6 feet tall. He is a known gang member. Toole has a tattoo of flames on his neck.

17. Jason Callahan

Jason Callahan, a white male, is six foot, two inches tall, and weighs 170 pounds. His date of birth is 11/23/70. He is wanted for Rape 2nd and Distributing Indecent Material to a Minor.

Subject is also wanted by the Gloversville PD on a Failure to Register warrant.

Subject is classified as seriously mentally ill and violent. Multiple Tattoos Left Forearm. Scars on right forearm.
