This week's definitely been a busy one for hip-hop. Between Jay-Z's tourism troubles and his response to them, Ray J's ratchetness and Rick Ross' cost of being the "boss" it's easy to overlook other gems.

We've got you covered, though.

INTERVIEW: Dame Dash on The Combat Jack ShowThis week, legendary DJ Combat Jack had the opportunity to have Rocafella Records co-founder Damon Dash speak on his show. The duo spent TWO hours and were joined by notable names in the game such as Dallas Penn and Just Blaze. Normally, two hours seems too much for a single interview, but Dame addressed EVERYTHING you'd want to know: life after Rocafella, Aaliyah and her legacy, his complete disconnect with the music industry and why he believes his type of broke is the best type. Enjoy.

NEW MUSIC: Miguel featuring Kendrick Lamar -- "How Many Drinks?" As we mentioned earlier this week, Miguel would be dropping his remix to "How Many Drinks" off his album Kaleidoscope Dream. The crooner shared the track with Kendrick Lamar, who he also shared a cover with in this month's issue of VIBE. Kendrick, as always, skates on this. Will you be at UB this weekend to see him at Spring Fest 2013?

INTERVIEW: Talib Kweli and KarmaLoopTV on Chief Keef. Talib Kweli's recently made headlines for his criticism of the rap game and its lyrical and cultural themes. In the interview above, Kweli takes the time to speak about the young and rambunctious Chief Keef... and Kewli's answer might not be what you expect.

INTERVIEW & NEW MUSIC: Kid Cudi on leaving G.O.O.D. Music + "Solo Dolo Pt.2" featuring Kendrick Lamar. Despite having his newest album Indicud leak, Kid Cudi's been having a pretty great week. He bumped up his album's release date due to the leak and has parted ways with G.O.O.D. Music, which to most might not seem like good news, but Cudi seems as happy as ever. Above you can catch an interview with LA Leakers (ironically enough), which features Cudi explaining the conversation he had with mentor Kanye West about his departure. As an extra gem, you can listen to one of the singles from Indicud, featuring Kendrick Lamar. Indicud hits stores April 16.
