American Tourism Is Illegal In Cuba — So How (and WHY) Are Jay-Z + Beyonce There?

Jay-Z and Beyonce chose to spend their fifth anniversary in Cuba of all places. The questions are looming!!!!

#1...HOW?  According to the news report in the video attached below, it's against the law for Americans to be in COMMUNIST CUBA!

Also, with Cuba being a Communist country...WHY go there? I know, I know...it's their anniversary and their choice and their money and it's none of my business....but I just want to know what your thoughts are.
