New Bocce Club Pizza Location Coming to Western New York
Buffalo-style pizza is a way of life here in Western New York. Anywhere you go in the Buffalo area, there is Buffalo-style pizza, although some are more "distinct" versions of Buffalo-style than others.
Bocce Club Pizza just may be the most authentic Buffalo-style pizza out there. The slightly thicker crust. Extra cheese. Cup-and-char pepperoni. Sweeter sauce. Toppings and cheese that extend to the crust. It's truly a work of art.
If you live in Clarence and were hoping for a Bocce Club Pizza to show up there, you're in luck.
According to their Facebook page, Bocce Club Pizza will be coming soon to Clarence!
The new location will be at the Clarence Pizza Company location on Goodrich Road. The owners of the Clarence Pizza Company decided to stop running the pizzeria, according to The Buffalo News. The building and business were sold to Bocce Club Pizza and they will soon be operating at the location.
Clarence Pizza Company owner Tim Smith said Bocce Club was the best fit to take over and that Bocce Club owner Jim Pacciotti is hiring most of his workers at the Clarence Pizza Company.
This adds yet another location for Bocce Club in the northtowns. They currently operate locations in both Amherst and East Amherst, along with a location on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo. There's also a location at the EXPO Market on Hertel.
I've lived south of Buffalo since 2012 and I would love to have pizzerias such as Bocce Club open a location in West Seneca, Hamburg, or Orchard Park. Just saying...
