Murder Suspect Begs Rookie Officer To Shoot Him [VIDEO]

A man from Ohio, a suspect in the murder of his girlfriend and best friend, constantly rushes toward a Kentucky police officer literally pleading with him to pull the trigger.

The officer is now being praised by the department for the judgement that he used during the intense moment.

He backed away and refused to shoot while talking to Michael Wilcox, the 27-year-old suspect constantly yelled at officer Kidder, "Shoot me. Shoot me."

The tense confrontation at about 8 p.m. Thursday in the Cincinnati suburb of Elsmere, Kentucky, was caught on a body camera worn by Kidder, according to video posted by WLWT-TV in Cincinnati and other media.
