Buffalo is on the move and a couple fleets of luxury vehicles are helping us get there in style! If you dream of driving a Maserati coupe, wake up and do it! A new Maserati dealership is right around the corner, bringing that Italian flair to Western New York.

The Towne Automotive Group welcomed a Maserati to their old Lincoln dealership lot on Southwestern Blvd in Orchard Park.

Some of Maserati’s products sell for more than $100,000. But Towne's President Frank Downing Jr. said the carmaker has added a $75,000 vehicle that puts the brand more within reach of some Buffalo-area customers. Maserati is trying to broaden its appeal with a more-diversified lineup, he said.

“They are coming in with a sport utility (vehicle) and a wider product line that would be good for the U.S. market,” Downing said.

The SUV, called the Levante, is due to arrive next year. And published reports say Maserati could launch production of an Alfieri sports car in 2016. Check this out!!

Maserati was founded in Italy in 1914 and is now part of the Fiat Group.

This is the second time in just a few months that a luxury brand has joined the Buffalo Niagara market. In June, a Lotus dealership opened in Amherst, selling hand-built sports cars from England.
