The death of the Buffalo man who was found dead, and who still not been identified, has not been ruled a homicide by officials.

According to reporting by WKBW, the results of an autopsy that was completed by the Erie County Medical Examiner's Office now gives officials enough information to determine that the 50-year-old unidentified man did not die of natural causes.
