A Lockport principal was found not guilty on charges of endangering the welfare of a child!

A jury in North Tonawanda found James Snyder not guilty of two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to WGRZ! Snyder, who was placed on leave, is the principal of Lockport's North Park Junior High.

A 12-year-old girl alleged that Snyder touched her hair at his daughter's birthday party, while she was sitting on his lap, and he kissed her on the shoulder! There has been no word yet about whether he will return to his job at the Junior High!
