Encouraging Update On The Health of Kim Pegula

The Buffalo community is thinking of the Pegula family right now, as owner and team president of the Bills and Sabres, Kim Pegula is currently going through an undisclosed health issue.

The Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres released a statement on June 14th, saying that Kim Pegula was receiving medical care with an unexpected health issue.

We had not had an update on Kim Pegula's health until Tuesday, June 28th, when the Pegula family released a statement regarding her health.

They say that Kim "is progressing well and is resting and rehabilitating from a health issue."

Terry and Kim Pegula bought the Bills back in 2014. Since that time, the Bills have found a great deal of success, as they have made the playoffs three straight seasons and four of the past five.

They have been the owners of the Sabres since February of 2011, and while the Sabres have not found the same success as the Bills, the franchise is the most stable it has been off-the-ice in many years.

Hopefully, Kim continues to progress and make a full recovery. Buffalo and the Bills/Sabres community will continue to keep her and the Pegula family in their thoughts.
