Jimi Hendrix The Movie

Widely recognized as one of the most creative and influential musicians of the 20th century, Jimi Hendrix is the next Black superstar to have a Biopic created about his life. Find out who will have the honor of playing the lead role and details about the film.

Wiz Khalifia has the "Jimi" tattoo on his face,

he got the mirror image mug shot of the late Jimi, he even embodies that rock and roll style 

but Wiz will NOT have the honor of playing his Idol in the Jimi Hendrix Biopic "All is By My Side".

Instead the talented, rapper, actor and guitar player Andre 3000 has the honor of playing the late great Jimi Hendrix. Andre Benjamin will be on location in Ireland later this month.

 The film will highlight Hendrix as a budding artist, when the iconic guitar player spent time in England working with the Jimi Hendrix Experience to record groundbreaking debut album, Are You Experienced.
