
Melanie Fiona Is On The Way To Western New York
It's looking like there will be no shortage great entertainment options all over Western New York and Southern Ontario this year.
2024 was one of the best years for fun we've had in a long time and there was a bit of doubt that 2025 would be able to top it, but after taking a look at the 2025 Concert Calendar, it seems like we've got a pretty good chance to be very happy with all of the concerts, events, and shows that are popping up.
R&B music fans, who were already in for a treat this year as Mary J. Blige, Mario, Ne-Yo, Smokey Robinson, Joe, and more were getting ready to hit the town, have another great option for music as the GRAMMY Award winning singer Melanie Fiona is coming to town.
Melanie Fiona Is Performing Live At Electric City
With a soulful soprano voice, the GRAMMY, Soul Train, and Juno Award winning singer Melanie Fiona is set to perform live right in the middle of downtown Buffalo at Electric City.
Born just down the highway from Buffalo in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Melanie Fiona Hallim started her music career in 2002 part of a trio called X-Quisite. The group quickly started making noise in Canada, which earned Fiona and the crew a nomination for R&B/Soul Recording of the Year at the 2004 Juno Awards. In to her work with X-Quisite, Fiona was also part of another group, Renaissance, where she teamed up with Drake.
Going solo shortly thereafter, Fiona has released two studio albums, several singles, and numerous guest appearances, all of which helped to earn her two Grammys at the 2012 awards.
Melanie Fiona is brining her Say Yes tour to Buffalo when she hits the stage at Electric City on May 12, 2025. Tickets for this all ages show are available now on the Electric City website.
