Did The Bills Really Pull This Petty Postgame Prank On The Chiefs?

We know that Taylor Swift sings “don’t get sad, get even”  (we’re almost done with the references, we promise), but we truly don’t see the Buffalo Bills doing something like this after a loss. 

Bills Mafia is still reeling after the team’s 27-24 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night. We won’t get into how this was the first time Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs have played in front of a crowd at Highmark Stadium, only to beat them in the playoffs for the third time in four years. We’ve heard all of that a billion times, and frankly, we don’t want to think about it anymore. 

The loss feels like a punch in the gut to Bills Fans, so we can’t begin to imagine how it must feel to be a member of the Buffalo Bills squad today. 

The Bills may be understandably a bit salty after the blow, just like their fans are. But would they really stoop to something as low as this to exact revenge?

Did The Buffalo Bills Really Do This After Sunday's Game?

There’s a new rumor rolling around online that the Bills may have pulled an immature prank on their rivals after the loss.

According to Chiefs offensive tackle Donovan Smith, the hot water was shut off in the visitors locker room of Highmark Stadium immediately following the game. 

Naturally, Chiefs Kingdom was outraged at the allegations, and some even called for an investigation and a fine towards the Buffalo Bills organization. 

We haven’t seen any other sources that confirm this actually happened, but if it did, we’ve got to believe it was an accident, right?

After all, let’s be honest - Highmark Stadium isn’t in the best shape, so maybe the hot water went out on its own in a freak ironic occurrence (let’s get that pit filled in and our new stadium built, already). 

Even though we know the Buffalo Bills were pretty upset Sunday night, we find it hard to believe they’d be that petty. Besides, an icy cold shower never hurt anyone!

See you next year, Chiefs! Hopefully we’ll have the water situation fixed by then.
