2 New York Men Among ICE’s Most Wanted
Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have been at the center of controversy recently. ICE agents in Minneapolis, Minnesota, have killed two American citizens. One was a 37-year-old mother, writer, and poet, Renee Good, who was shot and killed by Jonathan Ross, according to the Minnesota Star Tribune. The second American citizen killed by ICE was Alex Pretti, an Intensive Care Unit nurse who worked for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. It is terrifying that ICE agents are killing U.S. citizens. There seems to be no oversight from the federal government. Republican political consultant Mike Madrid told KJZZ,
"The polling is showing that the American public broadly is moving against the whole idea of having ICE. The numbers aren't overwhelming, but they have moved in an overwhelming direction. About 39% of Americans publicly agreed with the idea that ICE should be abolished just a few short weeks ago, and now it's about 53%."

Meanwhile, ICE has a long list of violent criminals that it can focus its resources on finding. Two of them are from New York!
