Buffalo and WNY high school students are invited to attend a free Historically Black Colleges and Universities Think Tank event! Get the details on this free event!

The event is brought to you by Strong Community Schools, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Gamma Phi Omega Chapter. HBCUs will be on-site, including Bethune Cookman, Hampton University, Howard University, Kentucky State, Johnson C. Smith and Tennessee State! The Think Tank will be held on Saturday, February 2nd from 9 am to noon at Bennett Community School Campus, located at 2885 Main Street in Buffalo.

Join representatives from the HBCU's and their alumni, to learn about the Black college experience and what to expect. Free breakfast and lunch will be served!

There will be a FAFSA application completion team there to help you with securing financial aid.

"Enjoy Step Show, Workshops, Food and Giveaways! The purpose of this FREE event is to expose students in the City of Buffalo and surrounding areas to Historically Black Colleges and Universities, the experiences that occur there and ways to access them if desired."
