Looking through news stories at KTRK in the great state of Texas and I ran across Poor Sean Payne. He was arrested outside a bar in Humble, Texas last Thursday and charged with charged with public intoxication. He was so drunk he couldn't hold his head up for a mug shot, so the arresting officers gave him a hand. No need to write a whole lot about this BIG DUMMY the picture says it all. Hilarious.
