Health and Wellness Day this Saturday at East High School

The Good people over at Strong Community Schools have just informed me that East Community High School is having a FREE Health and Wellness Day this Saturday from 10am-1pm. There will be a mobile health clinic on site in addition to blood pressure and cholesterol screenings.

Can you believe they will also have massage therapy and yoga? There will also be therapy dogs on site.  As well as dental screenings by UB Dental and  mental health workshops.  There will even be an obstacle course challenge with prizes and so much more! Free breakfast and lunch provided.
