Nothing like watching the firework show on the forth of July, with friends, family and beer!! Up in the Falls the Big fireworks show will not be on display this year, which sucks. The city is on a tight budget and with issues with the Seneca Casino they have to cancel some major community events, LIKE THE FIREWORKS. Which I think should be the last thing to go. Here is a alternative, how about they get them sponsored for 25k.

According to WGRZ Council member Chris Voccio said the city simply cannot afford any extraneous expenses right now.

"Funds are tight in the city of Niagara Falls," Voccio said. "We just felt that considering the constraints we have financially, the best bet was to vote against it. That's why it was unanimous."
