
Former WNBA Star Lisa Leslie Is New Co-Owner Of LA Sparks
Congrats to Lisa Leslie. The former WNBA star retired from the Sparks in 2009> She continued to be involved in the game by being a fan and sports announcer. Leslie has rejoined the team as a co-owner.
According to clutchmagonline.com, Leslie becomes the first WNBA player to invest in a team.
Leslie says she is excited to join the Sparks’ ownership group.
Leslie is a University of Southern California grad. She’s use to being first. She was the first woman to dunk in a game and the first to get 6,000 career points.
