First Cereal Bar Set To Open In Buffalo
Cereal bars are becoming more popular lately and now Buffalo will be getting its very own location.
According to WKBW, “The Cereal Spot” will soon open on Hertel Avenue in Buffalo.
The business is founded by three South Buffalo natives. Co-owner Eric Dacey says the idea came from the smell of General Mills filling the air every day.
"You wake up in the morning, you go outside, and it smells like cereal,” said Dacey.
Not only will “The Cereal Bar” have tons of cereal to choose from, but they will also have an ice cream bar and baked goods. They’ll even have cereal-inspired ice cream dishes!
”We're gonna be offering so many different options that you can come in here 50 days in a row and have something different every time," Dacey said.
”The Cereal Bar” on Hertel is the first-known of its kind in Buffalo and will open on National Cereal Day, which is March 7th.
I will definitely be stopping in when it’s opened!
