Finance Company Wants Employee To Cut Off Her Dreadlocks [VIDEO]

24-year-old Ashley Davis has been growing her lovelocks (misnomer ‘dreadlocks’) for over ten years; in fact, most members of her family sport the cultural hairstyle.

Ashley was taken aback when her supervisor at Tower Loan in St. Peters Missouri informed her that she had to cut her hair or have her employment terminated. Apparently, there is a new company policy that has been implemented against the cultural hairstyle—the same hairstyle that she wore at the time that she was hired at the company.
