Many think Ebony Magazine's cover of the Cosby TV family was tasteless and inappropriate, sighting that Dr. Huxstable and Bill Cosby should not to be intertwined.  The cover shows the Cosby TV family with a "broken glass effect" over Bill Cosby's face (as shown below).
