Drunk Fans Sit On Dallas Mavs Bench During Game

What is going on in Detroit?  This video appears to show two drunk fans sitting on the bench with the Dallas Mavericks as they played against the Pistons.  Is this a prank?  There appears to be a security guard right behind them in a blue jacket.
