Well, according to a new study on I was spot on! A study was conducted on financially elite neighborhoods in Western New York. A financially elite community is defined by the 5% threshold where your annual income puts you in the top 5% of all earners in a community.

Clarence was ranked #2 where people who make over 250k control 27.5% of all the income in Clarence

Williamsville was ranked #5

Orchard Park was ranked #7 while Amherst was tied for 11th overall.

On the flip side, Sanborn and Alden came in at the bottom of the list.
