Jessie Richardson, who owned Richardson Fast Food Deli in Niagara FAlls, was found dead in his home on Christmas Eve. He died of a gunshot wound to the head and the gun was found in his hand, according to WIVB. Police initially found his death "suspicious."

His friends and family did not believe that he killed himself and neither do the police in the Falls! A homicide investigation has been opened to find his killers. According to the Niagara-Gazette, investigators decided it wasn't a suicide based on the evidence they collected from Richardson's home on Calumet Avenue. His family members believe recent robber(s) may have committed the murder.
