Costco Is Finally Coming To The Buffalo Area

Finally they are coming! Yes, they are coming. When I first arrived in Buffalo two years ago, the 1st thing I asked folks about was "where is the Costco at?"

I would get this look back as if I spoke a foreign language. Costco has yet to arrive in the Buffalo Niagara region, but come next year it will get a little bit closer.

Representatives from Issaquah, Washington-based Costco Wholesale Corp. have confirmed plans to have a store anchor the renovated Niagara Square shopping center in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Construction on the 150,000-square-foot store will start in the next few weeks and should be customer-ready by fall 2020.  You can read more on Buffalo Business First's website.
