
COMMUNITY: 4 Local Artists Paint & Feature Civil Rights Leaders on Buffalo ‘FREEDOM WALL’
There's a 300 foot Artistic Wall at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Ferry Street (@ the Michigan Street African Heritage Corridor.entrance) where four Artists from the Buffalo area are adding their various Art Forms, painting different African-American Leaders on the Wall. The different painting methods the artists are using include brush, marker and spray can.
Albright-Knox commissioned the Artists to paint the portraits of 28 Civil Rights Leaders. The FREEDOM WALL is said to completed by Labor Day according to News Reports.
