There is now a new rivalry between the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs.

Things had slowed down between the two teams for a while until 2017, when the Chiefs made a trade with Buffalo to draft their starting quarterback, Patrick Mahomes. That fateful trade, then the Bills subsequently drafting Josh Allen in 2018, rekindled the rivalry between the two teams. Since 2017, these two teams have faced each other 8 times, and while the overall series is tied, the Chiefs have knocked the Bills out of the playoffs in 2020, 2021, and 2023.

Because of this, the Bills and their fans have had a big chip on their shoulder. If you need proof of how serious this is, you don't need to look any further than the Buffalo Niagara International Airport on Friday, November 15, 2024.
