One of the most intense NFL rivalries had its latest meeting in Orchard Park, New York, as the Buffalo Bills hosted the undefeated and defending Super Bowl LVII champion Kansas City Chiefs for their 56th meeting since both teams started to play in 1960.

The game got started quickly for the Buffalo Bills as Taylor Rapp intercepted Patrick Mahomes first pass attempt. That turnover helped the Bills put the game's first points on the scoreboard. James Cook ran 3 yards to score his first touchdown of the game.

These two equally matched teams went back and forth in the first half as the teams went into the intermission 16-14 with the Bills on top.

The teams traded punts and turnovers in the 3rd quarter, leaving the score the same as the teams started the 4th quarter. That's when both Bills Josh Allen and Kansas City's Mahomes started to show why they're elite quarterbacks in the league.

Josh Allen really stepped up on a 4th down play when he ran 26 yards to score what turned out to be the game-winning score.

That touchdown by Allen became the game-winning score thanks to Buffalo's defense, which stepped up at the last minute to shut down Mahomes. Bills Linebacker Terrel Bernard snatched an interception, putting the kibosh on the Chiefs' attempts to move the ball down the field.

When it's all said and done, Buffalo was the first team to beat the defending champs and give Kansas City its first loss of the year. Now, the Bills, who are 9-2 and on a six-game winning streak, look forward to a week of rest as the team has a bye week in NFL Week 12.
