Car Hits the Lackawanna Public Library Building!
Shhhh, it's supposed to be quiet in the library, but today it certainly wasn't! A vehicle ran into the Lackawanna Public Library!
Somehow, in a freak accident, a vehicle hit the library, located at 560 Ridge Road in Lackawanna, this (Tuesday) afternoon! The vehicle was apparently trying to pass another vehicle that was turning into the library, according to WGRZ. Once the vehicles collided, one of them flew into the lower library window and knocked a few bricks loose.
The two vehicles collided and it sent one into a lower library window. The vehicle did not go all the way through the window and it only knocked a few bricks loose. Lackawanna's Mayor Szymanski said that thankfully, no one was injured in the crash!
That's probably more action than the library has ever seen!
