Buffalo Winter Weather (2016 - 2017) Prediction!

I'm not partial to any one TV Station that reports Weather, but I found it interesting that Channel 7's Eye Witness News First Alert Weather Team of Meteorologists came out with their "best assessment"... and that assessment is probably pretty accurate as the team's combined years of doing Meteorology totals 80 Years!!!

If you've been saying, "Man, we're gonna get it this year"; there's no prize for being CORRECT!!!!
