Travel and Leisure magazine has given the City of Good Neighbors the title of America's Friendliest City! Buffalo topped the 2016 list. The magazine asked its readers to rank cities based on hospitality towards tourists and neighborly love, manners, politeness, and warm dispositions, according to WGRZ.
