Ever since he started his protests at City of Buffalo Common Council meetings, Masten District Councilman Ulysses O. Wingo, has been receiving threats. I don’t know about you, but I think that kind of confirms the whole reason why he’s been protesting...

This particular threat posted below is particularly odd since the writer purports to be a Buffalo Police Office.
