Buffalo 7 Year-Old Hit & Run Victim, Tremont Seals, Showing Improvement

There's a cowardly hit & run suspect still out there in the Community, but the good news is that the 7 Year-Old victim, Tremont Seals, who was found lying in the street, bleeding on Loring Avenue after being struck, is still in the hospital but improving daily, according to News Reports.
