Bobby Brown was pulled over and arrested in LA on March 26 after failing a sobriety test. He spent 4 hours in jail for talking on his cellphone and DWI.
With the No Contest plea, Brown's DUI charge is dropped as long as he follows through with the 90-day alcohol education program and pays a $390 fine.
