The Buffalo Bills are now 2-1 after their tough loss against the Dolphins in the Miami heat at Hard Rock Stadium.

The 21-19 loss continues a trend of one-score losses with missed opportunities that cost the the Bills the game, dating back to the 'Hail Murray' play in November of 2020.

The Bills battled the Dolphins and the intense heat conditions. The heat index on the field was 100 degrees and multiple players left the game due to cramping, with some players getting IV's because of fluid loss. Dawson Knox, Stefon Diggs and Isaiah McKenzie were just some of the players who left at some point because of the heat.

Right tackle Spencer Brown left the game due to a heat illness and the Bills were left with half of their offensive line being backups and no regular starters in the secondary, minus Taron Johnson.

The intense heat continues a semi-trend of harsh weather conditions for Bills games, dating back to the 2021 season. That trend looks to continue next Sunday in Baltimore.

According to Kevin O'Neill of WGRZ, there's a good chance the Bills game in Baltimore on Sunday will be played in remnants of Hurricane Ian...

The Weather Network is also calling for a good chance at rain for next Sunday in Baltimore, while AccuWeather calls for the same path, which would bring remnants of Hurricane Ian being over Baltimore next Sunday.

The silver lining here is this won't bee a hurricane, but a regular rainstorm by the time it reached Maryland. The bad news is that this would bring a ton of rain for the game and some winds as well, although nowhere near as bad as what Florida will face.

Both the Bills and Ravens have had things going well in the passing department but this would hamper that. Baltimore is built better to run the ball, which could be something to watch for.

We're still six days out but it's sure looking like the Bills will be facing the elements once again.
