The Buffalo Bills have had an impressive and busy off season. From the draft to trades and contract extensions, Bills Mafia has much to be excited about. But there are other great things happening off the field this spring and it's not only benefiting Western New York.

Buffalo Bills player, Jordan Poyer, has been using some of his time this off season to help his hometown and the Bills Mafia has been doing what they do...helping.

Along with local donors in Oregon, Jordan Poyer was able to help raise more than $400,000 for the hospital near his hometown.

The hospital is expanding and ran a really neat event called The Diamond Derby that coincided with Kentucky Derby weekend. According to the report, Jordan Poyer donated thousands and gave a signed helmet and jersey for the auction.

The Buffalo Bills and the Mafia never back down from a great challenge and came through again to help a great cause.

ON the field, the Buffalo Bills got word this week that they will face the Tennessee Titans for the fifth straight year and will square off on Monday Night Football in Orchard Park. The remaining schedule will be released this week and there is a chance the Bills will have more than 5 prime-time games. We may even get to see the Buffalo Bills open the entire NFL season in prime-time and a game on Christmas Day! Go Bills!
