Here are the Top 10 Public High Schools in Western New York. 

10. Grand Island Senior High School - Grand Island's high school got an overall grade of an A, They got a grade of an A in the following categories: Teachers, Health and Safety, and Club and Activities.

9. Orchard Park High School - Overall the high school in Orchard Park got an A. They got high marks in Health and Safety, Teachers, and Academics.

8. Lancaster High School - With impressive grades in Clubs and Activities and Academics, Lancaster's overall grade was an A.

7. Amherst Central High School - Amherst didn't get a grade below an A- and overall was given a grade of an A.

6. Williamsville South High School - The first Williamsville school to make the list. Will South got an A+ for teachers and an overall grade of an A.

5. East Aurora High School - East Aurora's high school got A+ grades in Teachers and Health and Safety with an overall grade of an A.

4. Clarence High School - Clarence got A's in several categories including Teachers, Health and Safety, Academics, and Clubs and Activities. Overall Clarence got a grade of A.

3. PS 195 - City Honors - The lone Buffalo public school, City Honors got high marks for college prep and health and safety. Overall City Honors was graded an A.

2. Williamsville North High School - The second Williamsville school to make the list. Will North was given an overall grade of A+.
