As a foodie, one of my favorite activities to do in Buffalo is eat. However, my weight and Doctor don't agree with that being among my favorite pastimes. Which, if you're anything like me, means you need to spend time getting some exercise.
Still to this day, one of the best forms of exercise is just taking a nice walk around the area. We're blessed to have many great locations that can serve as a backdrop for getting some steps in. Why not see some great sights while also getting your heart rate up?
Check out these locations that I think are among the best places where you can almost effortlessly get your steps in.

The Galleria is one of the best shopping centers in Western New York, and at more than 1.6 million square feet, it's also a great place to take a walk and earn some steps.

Many consider Delaware Park to be the best park ever designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and Buffalo agrees. There are lots of great walking paths and hills in the park that will surely help you knock out some steps.
Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA
If walking outside isn't your thing due to the heat, why not stop by another great shopping center in Western New York to get your step on. You can walk around and get a little shopping done at the same time. That sounds like a win-win to me.
Stretching nearly 5 miles from Buffalo's Shoshone Park to Ellicott Creek, this former rail bed has been transformed into a great bike and walking path that's used by WNY residents almost year round.
