Voting season in the Empire State is just about wrapped up, and based on the turnout during New York State's nine-day early voting period, people in this great state are excited about voting for a new President.

Based on unofficial data from the New York State Board of Elections, nearly 3 million people voted early throughout New York's 62 counties. Early voting, which ran from 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2024, through 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 3, 2024, saw long lines throughout the State every day that voting was available.

Like other states, New York allows citizens to cast their vote early. A few years ago, the state's election law was changed to make it easier for people to do their civic duty in the Empire State.
