The complex will feature 60 apartments and 16 townhomes, according to WKBW. The $23 million project will be built on two acres at the corner of Genesee and Grey Streets. The complex will be named the Mount Aaron Village. The housing complex is receiving its funding from HUD, the State of New York, and the City of Buffalo. Pastor Jones said the project will take approximately a year.

Pastor Dwayne Jones, who is behind the project, told WKBW that there will be senior homes, as well as homes for people recovering from addiction. He plans on partnering with Best Self.  Pastor Jones presides over Mt. Aaron Baptist Church, which is located on Genesee Street in Buffalo.
