Are African American Male Teachers Going Unnoticed or Are They Not Interested in the Field?

A new study came out and it shows that only 2% of Black males in America are teachers. They study as said majority teachers are Caucason or Women. So as of right now "Black men are the most unrepresented demographic in teacher ranks" and there is a shortage of them teaching nationally.
