First in His Class, Academic and Athletic College Scholarship – But Not Allowed to ‘Walk’ Due to His Beard?

This is the most ridiculous news story I've read in awhile. Andrew Jones is the epitome of the perfect student. He is valedictorian, has a 4.0 GPA, is student of the year, and is a Scholar Athlete, but Amite High School in Amite, LA, has a policy – NO FACIAL HAIR DURING GRADUATION CEREMONIES!  

Although Andrew Jones had his beard the entire school year and boasts a perfect scholastic profile, he was told "YOU ARE NOT WALKING UNTIL YOU SHAVE".

Andrew refused based on the fact he had his beard all year long with no consequence.
