Undercovers Cancelled

I'm so NOT surprised with this announcement! NBC announced yesterday that it will not order additional episodes beyond the original 13-episodes they already requested.   The "Undercovers" cast is currently filming Episode 12. That means the show got the boot!

And even a shirtless Kodjoe couldn’t save it. The series made history by featuring two black actors. Virtually unknown actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Boris Kodjoe, as the leads. But I have to admit, I never watched it either! I don’t know if it was the time and day it came on or that it just didn’t grab me. But I never watched it and the show never created enough buzz to get me to even DVR it. Better luck next time!
