Ticket holders for Hamilton at Shea’s were disappointed to find out that the performance had been canceled for Tuesday, Dec. 28 due to a breakthrough of COVID-19 cases in the musical’s company.

A spokesperson for Shea’s also provided us with somber news that the 7:30 pm show on Wednesday, Dec. 29 and the 7:30 pm show on Thursday, Dec. 30 would have to be canceled as well.

If you bought your tickets from Ticketmaster, then they will be automatically refunded. However, if you purchased your tickets with a different method, you should contact your point of purchase directly to see if you can exchange your tickets for a different performance or receive a full refund.

The earliest performances you will be able to see Hamilton again include Friday, Dec. 31 at 7:30 pm, Saturday, January 1 at 8:00 pm, and Sunday, January 2 at 7:00 pm.

If you have any questions in regards to purchasing, refunding, or general information about the cancellations of performances, you can contact the Shea’s Box Office directly at patronservices@sheas.org.

Remember: to attend a performance at Shea’s in Buffalo, you must have proof of your COVID-19 vaccine in order to enter the theatre. You must have proof of personal identification that matches the name on the vaccination card. These documents are checked upon entry to Shea’s, and you will not be allowed in without them.
